Jim has fished the Great Lakes, Canada and many of the oceans of the world, chasing a variety of fish for his collection of memories. He also enjoys fresh water fishing, including fly fishing.

Captain Jim graduated from an approved U.S. Coast Guard curriculum and received his license as an operator of uninspected passenger vessels (OUPV).
