Who/what contributed to your inner strength?
My inner strength has come from personal development. I have taken a great deal of risks in my life. These risks result in confidence in oneself.

When in your life was your inner strength particularly tested and how did you deal with the incident?
Every day my inner strength is tested. I must maintain the ability to be assertive in my dealings with people and constantly portray confidence despite a challenging situation. My greatest challenge is watching someone I love struggle with their own self esteem which may result in bad choices for them.

What suggestions do you have to help people realize their capabilities?
Get involved with life. You can't manage life from the sidelines, you have to get in the game. Try new things, get involved in different organizations, meet new people, and watch the opportunities come your way.

Why is it important to focus on inner strength?
One reason it is important to focus on inner strength is awareness. The more aware you are of your inner strength, the more you can build on it and grow. You must be in touch with where you are to develop your life in a positive way.

What are your next goals and what positive thoughts or activities keep you striving toward your goals?
continue to build my business and am currently working on a book. The thoughts and activities that keep me striving toward those goals revolve around the belief I have in myself. With that, I believe I can do anything.
